EMERGENCY PATIENT CARE (EPC) addresses the problem of people not having access to their emergency contacts and Personal Medical Records during an emergency Room visit or Major Disaster
(EPC) will allow emergency personnel and /or your emergency contacts 24/7 access to important Medical Data via a 24 hour call center and web access 365 days a year. The authorized release of personal health information complies with the requirements of Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).

EMERGENCY PATIENT CARE (EPC) provides an array of services  to "empower patients to mange their healthcare." EPC members can create a personal health record for their family to help build a better relationship with their personal health care provider. You can join the  EPC online community and network with other people who share your health experiences. By enrolling in the EPC program, necessary emergency personnel or emergency contacts will have access to your personal health record via telephone, email, fax and the web.  During an emergency, our 24/7 call center will be notified and a professional trained agent will be ready to enable emergency personnel to better treat your needs or to inform them of whom you have listed as an emergency contact.
